We require 72 hours notice for any shelf cancelations to get refunded. Set up is Thursday between 7-9 pm. Bring your items: clean, smoke free and free of any pet hair or smells. We reserve the right to pull your shelf if we detect any of those requirements not met. Unacceptable items include: electronics, food, plants or anything otherwise messy or requiring upkeep. If you check out a tagging gun in advance and don't return it, a $15 fee will be taken from your shelf earnings. Take down is the following Thursday between 6-7 pm. When you agree to set up a shelf, you agree to take it down! No call/no shows for take down will be charged an additional $35 if we don't hear from you! Any items not picked up within 7 days of take down day become property of The Rich Hanger and may be donated or sold by us. Payouts will be sent the Tuesday after you've picked up your things. You must have picked up your things (whether you paid for takedown or not) in order to get paid! You can choose to be paid 70% through Venmo or Zelle. For your first shelf with us, if you don’t make your $35 back, it’s FREE. We have security cameras, a security lock, and our staff watching the store at all times during business hours, however if anything is lost or stolen it is not our responsibility. **After 2 weeks of sales under $100 we reserve the right to have you wait at least 6 months to rebook.**
